The artist who did this piece (which was actually just a lot of stuff stacked behind a glass case and then I took pictures of it and jumbled it up) didn't throw anything away that he consumed in a year. 

It made me think that he was a pretty unhealthy person but then I realized that it wouldn't really be practical to keep all of the perishable peels and scraps of foods that don't work well when you keep them for a year.

This is in the MoMA in New York City.
